Hot air dome suffocates the midwest.

Munch vegan cafe opens on Marion Street. Cute little place and probably will be successful with the OP hipsters. Had veg lasagna (too salty), kale salad, pomegranate sorbet.

9/30/1997             Roy Lichtenstein died. His use of ads, cartoons, etc. is similar to using samples in music. Typically I would have transcribed a sax solo and attempt to play it on the bass. In this case I paraphrased a Bach Partita in a Be Bop style and for the bass, but this is a sax version of the head played on the bass.
