March of the Nootropians (Quartet)

The piece started to sound like it could be scored for a quartet, and here's the first section. It sounds like Ravel in this context. Playing it through various MIDI patches sounds almost Russian.

It's working title was "Morfeo". later changed to MOTN.

9/30/1997             Roy Lichtenstein died. His use of ads, cartoons, etc. is similar to using samples in music. Be Bach (AI Version)

Typically I would have transcribed a sax solo and attempt to play it on the bass. In this case I paraphrased a Bach Partita in a Be Bop style and for the bass, but this is a sax version of the head played on the bass.
