Sitting by Turning Basin by river and lake, my favorite spot, soaking in the maximum sun on the evening of the summer solstice. High angle of the sun this time of year makes all the colors seem more vibrant.

50th anniversary of the LP. It was the LP that made it possible to write longer pieces. We’ll probably look back 50 years from now and say that the CD and sampling made copying easier.
